Nord Machinery Co.,LTD, located in Ningbo, China, is a standardized and professional hydraulic equipment parts manufacturer.

The main production processes we using are investment casting, Sand casting and forging. The materials usually used are carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc. The products are mainly applied in field of manufacturing hydraulic equipment construction industries. 

Investment casting process can be used to cast products with weights range from 0.1-100kgs, with max sizes at 500*600mm, and wall thickness between 2-50mm. Water glass casting Process,The general casting tolerance can be controlled to meet ISO 8062 CT7-8.Silica sol casting Process,The general casting tolerance can be controlled to meet ISO 8062 CT7-8.

Sand casting is the main sand casting process we use. With this process, we can cast products with weights range from 40-3000kgs, max sizes 1000*2000mm. The general casting tolerance can be controlled to meet ISO 8062 CT10-12.

Mainly close die forging is used to produce hydraulic equipment parts. Close die forgings has features of simple structure, such as up-down or front-back structure, the weight controled is about 0.1-25kg. The main material is Alloy steel, Carbon steel, stainless steel. The name of close die forging machine is 160tons/320tons/630tons/1600tons friction press.

To control the quality, we’ve been equipped with various testing equipments, such as spectrum, Magnetic Partical Inspection Instrument, UT equipment, CMM, Tensile Strength tester, Impact testing machine(-40℃), Hardness tester. Our factory is ISO 9001 certified, and has a good cooperation with the third party inspection company SGS. Thanks to the good quality offered, our products have a good reputation among customers.

Our hydraulic products are mainly exported to advanced countries such as USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, German, Italy, etc.
